If he had shown even a remote bit of remorse or guilt afterwards he might deserve to race again. I am sure they will let him come back soon regardless, they always do. Hopefully he will wash out without killing anyone.

apparently alot of drivers are calling to end the ''let em be boys'' rule as its starting to get too out of hand especially when it comes to kyle busch who seems to just wreck people for anything.

OK, to "hate" NASCAR because one of it's drivers is an ass??? NASCAR is not at fault here. Kyle Bush is. He should be banned for life!
"What's most disturbing about his retaliation against Hornaday is that he put Hornaday's life in danger, especially at a time when driver safety has become a major issue following the fatal crash of Dan Wheldon in last month's IndyCar race at Las Vegas. Busch hit the back of Hornaday at a high speed and then slammed him hard into the outside wall during the caution."

The following is a letter of apology written by Kyle Busch on Saturday after NASCAR banned him from the Sprint Cup and Nationwide races at Texas for deliberately wrecking championship contender Ron Hornaday Jr. during the Camping World Truck Series race on Friday night:

"To all, I've had a lot of time today to sit and reflect, and try to put my thoughts into words as best I can. I want to sincerely apologize for my actions during Friday night's Truck Series race at Texas.

"I apologize to my fans, all my sponsors, everyone at Joe Gibbs Racing and Kyle Busch Motorsports. After talking with my team, it's great to have their support and encouragement to assure me that there are better days ahead. Even though this took place while driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports, I am sorry for how difficult this has been for everyone associated with Joe Gibbs Racing's Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series teams.

"I'd also like to apologize to Ron Hornaday Jr., and everyone associated with the No. 33 team in the Truck Series.

"I understand why I was taken out of the car for the rest of the weekend. NASCAR officials had to act, and I accept their punishment and take full responsibility for my actions.

"As a racecar driver, the hardest thing to do is to sit on the sidelines listening to cars on the track when you know you should be out there competing. For this, I have no one to blame but myself.

"Through a lot of support from the people around me, I feel like I've made a lot of strides this year, but this was certainly a step backward. Moving forward, I will do everything I possibly can to represent everyone involved in a positive manner. However, I know my long-term actions will have more of a bearing than anything I say right now."

10 bucks said that letter was constructed by his management.
Fair enough an apology was made, but a bigger punishment should be handed out.

October saw two deaths as a result of two accidental crashes.
There is no one in professional motorsport that would be unaware of that.
Nevertheless Kyle Busch takes the decision to cause a deliberate high speed crash? Playing chance with his life and someone else's?

People have had multiple-year suspensions for less, I'm sure.

If Dan Wheldon and Marco Simoncelli were still alive and their accidents never happened, this perhaps would not have been such a big deal, as in retrospect nobody got hurt.

I just don't see what gives someone the right to risk someone else's life, ever!
