Good news, it looks like the MINI's may become a support series in Australia, hopefully with the V8 Supercar series. I'm looking forward to this. :whoo::whoo:

I watched the Minis at bathurst a few weeks ago; it was on telly. It really was good to see!!

This series is proving to be very popular in Australia now , growing rapidly.

It gets plenty of free to air TV coverage too, which is not easy considering how much the V8 Supercars dominate the publicity here.

Sorry to off topic, but I went to Bathurst years ago and they had a parade lap of Mini's at Bathurst, all the way round. It was amazing, so many Minis in 1 place and all racers!

i can only imagine how cool that would look like! I have only seen them so far at Oschersleben the last two years. Missed out on the Zandvoort round last year. But seriously this class should have a FIA license for its own. Real good racing!
