ok
did Kubica brake his leg in the accident or not
because if not mistaken when they interviewed somebody (think it was a crew of the toyota), he said Kubica didn't brake nothing at all.......

Yes he did! This is from f1.gpupdate.net

"Robert Kubica is in 'stable' condition after breaking his leg in an horrific accident at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. After an assessment in the circuit medical centre Kubica has been transported to hospital in Montreal where he will undergo treatment. The Polish BMW Sauber driver was conscious and able to talk to doctors in the medical centre.

On lap 26 Kubica clipped the rear wheel of a Toyota some 250m before the hairpin which sent him headfirst into the inside wall at some 170mph. His BMW hurtled through the air bouncing to the outside wall and rolling several times before grinding to a halt on its side in the hairpin run off.

The safety car was deployed for the second time in the race as marshals and medics attended the scene.

The broken leg injury, depending on its severity will see Kubica sidelined for at least two months."

New update from f1.gpupdate.net seems more promising for Kubica

"The BMW Sauber Formula 1 team will not make any further announcements wether or not Robert Kubica will participate in this weekend's US Grand Prix. Kubica crashed heavily out of Sunday's Canadian Grand Prix but had no major injuries.

On Monday morning the Swiss-based team has said that the team will announce on Thursday if Kubica will race in this weekend's race at Indianapolis.

If Kubica is unable to race BMW's test driver Sebastian Vettel is expected to step in."
