1.1.0.4 Patch (Steam) + New Honda Accord Euro R

In case you didnt noticed it RACE 07 got patched tonight, bringing us the brandnew Golden Motors Honda Accord Euro R with 2007 specifications.

Changelog as far as i've noticed:

1. Greyed out GTR Evolution button
2. 2007 Honda Accord Euro R
3. New skidding sounds!!!!
4. New online competition support for V-WTCC
5. Menu sounds changed
6. Trackinformation moved

You mean for Steam or for Race 07? If for Race 07 right click on it in the games list and choose properties. Check the updates tab, you will propably have automatic updates disabled?

As for Steam itself, go to file and choose "check for steam client updates..."

Auto updates enabled and steam is totally upto date, just don't seem to have this patch available, and don't know why

Steam update isn't reliable, in the main menu of Race 07 look at the bottom right it should say your version number there. Chances are you never noticed it update.
