Maybe I should get Ams2, I know there's been improvements and maybe nows the time to get it.

I thought so too, but I'd rather not.
rF2 and RaceRoom should be enough at the moment
and from time to time the good old Assetto Corsa Multiplayer.

Its all subjective though isn't it? I know people who swear that Ams2 is really good, and others who tried it and hated it.

The major aspect that is keeping me away is the low multiplayer numbers.

I picked up Automobilista with all dlc for 10€ (-80%).
I will not play it a lot, but it is an offer i could not ignore to complete my simulation collection.
We are living a fantastic period for simracing.

I also bought AMS 1 and really not impressed by it.

He drove one car on one track and came up with his view on the current state of AMS2. Not his best work.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you. He didn't just drive only one car on one track and his opinion wasn't much better in the other video, rather worse.

That was the beta from March of 2020. We all know that AMS2 is not the same sim as it was then. In the video I replied to he did just race one car on one track (Cadillac DPi on Daytona)to put out his review of AMS2 in its current iteration.
