New ACC Content Coming March 23rd

ACC Challenge DLC 01.jpg
A tweet from the official Assetto Corsa account has confirmed that new "challengers" are coming to Assetto Corsa Competizione later this month.

Silhouettes, sounds and shadows are all Kunos Simulazioni has revealed so far about new content coming to Assetto Corsa Competizione on March 23rd. A tweet that included a video and the statement "new challengers are joining us" has been shared.

While the names of the cars that will be included in this release haven't been officially listed, Twitter detectives suspect that the Ferrari 488 Challenge, Porsche 992 GT3 Cup, BMW M2 CS Racing, Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO, and perhaps an Audi R8 EVO 2 could be part of it.

This is all of the detail we have on the release, so no word has yet been given on pricing or when it will be available to console users.

RaceDepartment will of course cover more on this new content as Kunos shares more about it, but for now we want to hear from you about which new content you'd be most excited to drive, and if the guesses concerning the cars are right or wrong.

I'm happy with it so far. Only drove Monza in career mode. New to SIMs. Bought all the DLC on PC. Base game on PS5. So plenty to try.

From the shadows and engine sounds (and from what was pre-announced earlier on by Kunos :D ) the DLC should include at least these: Porsche 992 Cup, Ferrari 488 Challenge, BMW M2 CS, Lamborghini Super Trofeo Evo and Audi R8 Evo 2.

Hi all
I believe the developer already said it will be the Ferrari 488 Challenge, Porsche 992 GT3 Cup, BMW M2 CS Racing, and Audi R8 EVO 2 in an interview a week or so ago?

Personally I am very excited about them all,. but especially the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup.
I am a bit of a Porsche Cup fan boy, I use the current one in ACC for offline play more than any other car. Sadly the current Porsche Cup car does not get a lot of attention in online play

Best wishes
Bob

McClutch:

"most incomplete GT racing Sim ever."

Because no Nords?

Go to see Blancpain/GT world challenge site, and do some recearch. And then explain your argument. This Nordschleife whining is just pathetic and annoying as hell!

If we do see the 488 Challenge Evo and the Huracan Super Trofeo Evo, hopefully they can be raced together in the relatively-new IRL GT2 division; ideally with Porsche throwing the 992 GT2 Clubsport's hat in the ring for good measure.
