R.I.P Shaun. I had many a great conversation with Shaun over the years. Have known of him for over 30 years as he was part of the Fairlight group who made wicked music demos on the commodore amiga ( as well oas being one of the largest cracking groups ) . I used to speak to him in the early hours to spur him on while making the Ginetta mod for assetto corsa and share many stories from the eary 90's cracking scene. very sad day for the community . Shaun you will be missed
Bloody hell, I've apparently known of him since the late 80's, without even knowing it!
What utterly, utterly sad news this is.

This is such sad news.

Rest in Peace Shaun and heartfelt condolences to your family and friends.
This is not an age to pass away.

I'd not heard of him until this week putting together a BTCC in Assetto. As all you will of course know his work is a huge part of that.

I feel this is proof his excellent work will live on.

I’m Shaun’s eldest daughter, Megan. I happened to come across this post while looking at his work. I just wanted to say how lovely it was to read all of your heartfelt messages. It’s comforting to know how much of an impact he had in the racing community. Thank you!

I am incredibly sorry for your loss. Shaun was a wonderful person and will be sorely missed. He was always humble, and yet highly talented. The world is dimmer without him.
