TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge is set to see its third instalment hit shelves and with the real event incoming, Nacon has announced an official release date.

The game set to introduce countless new venues to the franchise is set for release on 11 May 2023. With less than two months until the game launches, there's still a lot about the game we don't know.

The game's developer, RaceWard Studios has continually pushed the idea that a total of 32 road racing tracks will feature in the game. This is a huge step up from the 17 venues seen in the previous title, but there is yet to be word on which tracks will be available to race on.

With the previous game concentrating on the British Isles, it would be nice to see tracks further afield get some love. Macau, Wanganui and Surfer's Paradise are iconic street tracks while Sepang, Jarama and COTA would all be great examples of permanent racing venues ideal for motorbikes.

The announcement came at the end of the title's latest teaser trailer showing off the fifth sector of the TT Snaefell mountain course. Running from the famous Gooseneck, all the way up the mountain to the Bungalow, this is one of the more iconic parts of the TT course. The video footage jumps onboard with frontrunner Dean Harrison on his Kawazaki ZX-10RR Superbike.

Climbing up the mountain side at sunset, the video does a great job at showing off the game. Not only does the lighting look fantastic, but looking towards the horizon, one really can see for miles over the Isle of Man.

Are you excited for the new TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge game?

I will be buying it, the first two games were great. However, watching this video I hope they manage to address the really bad texture pop-in of the roadside terrain, shadows, grass, etc, about 20 metres in front of the bike. Not something you expect to see in modern games. The roadside grass seems to have a very low draw distance and is constantly "growing" from nothing right in front of you.

I will buy since it's NO MORE KYLOTONN devs, and I like the Snaefell !
I see so much difference from the previous game, particulary with the Throttle there is a loss of grip, the graphics are far better, instant BUY.

I really hope it concentrates on real road racing and that they don't start putting circuits in the game. We have a enough Moto Gp games for that stuff. It is supposed to be a road racing bike sim afterall.

it's a game for bike lover, any bike lover knows what the Snaefell race is : the best and unique
Basically your right. But to be honest.... do you really see significant difference at 300kph driving in the drivers view cam (the only proper view)?
Doubt it... That what is see in the trailer is just slight graphical polish and thats all.
I own TT1 and TT2...both bought for approx 5 Euro. Thats ok but not to throw cash for the full price.
My opinion.

Jesus freaking christ. Wanganui represent.

Never thought I'd see my hometown get a call out..............

Its a bit of a shithole.

You are 100% wrong, they have added throttle physics, the main complain for TT2, now you have to control throttle....
It's made by RIMS devs, I suggest to try RIMS, the physics from RIMS or better are now in TT3, so good !
I buy day one and I play day one at full price, it seems you don't invest so much time and you don't know well the game. If you buy at 5$ it means you are not bike fans at all and this game is probably not for you, me and all bikes fan we buy and play DAY ONE !

I will summary the evolution :

TT1 : mediocre physics
TT2 : they have improved the brake, very good, but the throttle has no loss of grip
TT3 : they add throttle control from RIMS !

In this state, TT3 has a good future, but I say it's hardcore, if you play without assist, it is very very hardcore

Maybe its like you said. Ive played Rims (was for free at one weekend) and dropped it immeditely because the sound is total garbage (which is essential in a bike game).
The physics were also not that what ive expected. To be clear...i always prefer hardcore drivng (not arcade). I have probably different expectations to a bike racing game that why Rims was imo bad.

When TT3 is at some point cheap or there is a demo/free weekend so i will test it. But for sure not for >10 Euro...

my pockets are full of money I can buy day one, cool life, can't wait to play it on my OLED 4K:).
If you wait for buying a game at 5$, dont do it, you will have 15hours in this game, it's not for you.
I will probably have 500 hours, the necessary time to master it and to challenge the world record top 5.
We are a steam group for TT2, we race every week, but bro, even at 5$ or free, you haven't the bike love and passion;) and won't play it

Lol.... be sure i can afford it at full price but its not worth for me. Simple as that.

Strange logic... when a game is good so it doesnt matter when i start it to play.
We need not to play together so whats the point with your 500h gameplay?
And stop to judge about people which you dont know... in terms of if some1 is able to afford something, how some1 play a game and passion. You know nothing about me and thats fine.

And now btt coz his turns in stupid direction.

Do you get a reward? A medal or some kind of international fame for that?

I agree with you but i dont think they will be able to do that i have seen this sort of thing on other games and they never get round to fixing it ,but you never know!!! Great game though
