Kunos has released an update on Steam for Assetto Corsa Competizione that includes a large number of 2022 liveries.

Version 1.8.19 of Assetto Corsa Competizione on Steam is available now. This update focuses on 2022 liveries. The update is currently only available for PC players, as the console versions of the title are still lagging behind.

Outstanding liveries from the 2022 GTWCHEU (GT World Challenge Europe) have been added, along with liveries used in the 2022 Indy 8 Hour. These additions were added to a new 2022 season selectable from the main menu. The 2022 season can also be played as a championship now.

Changelog 1.8.19

-Added remaining 2022 GTWCHEU season liveries as bonus content
-Added liveries from the 2022 Indy 8 Hour as bonus content
-Added 2022 season selector in the UI
-Added 2022 season as playable Championship

Am I the only one getting american cars mixed with 2022 season GTWCHEU in new selector AI races? Is this a bug on my side?
In the Open Series, yes. You shouldn't in the 2022 GTWC series, but I haven't checked. Regardless, it's odd and annoying. Someone might want to run a race at a US track using ONLY the GTWC America cars, but to my knowledge, you can't separately select them.

Wild speculation - could this be because they planned (or plan) to add a separate series to select GTWC America only once all the tracks are released?

I find it very difficult for me to complain about free DLC. Then again, I've been smoking cannabis for the past hour-and-a-half, which may have something to do with my accepting attitude.

Please don't jump into Lord of the Rings Online and insist the fictional Pipeweed was/is Marijuana.

These lovely liveries are such senseless as long as we haven t a custom grid tool. Idk what s up in all the ACC devs brain to send us pretty skins for show-room ??!?!?!

Please add my +1 for this feature. Having the opposition AI just be randomly picked each time just ruins this game for me as a single player. I don't care if it's editing txt/JSON files and not in the game UI, please allow AI grids/cars to be editable.

This is possible though, there is a thread about it on this forum. I've tested and can confirm it works both in championship mode as wel as single race mode.
It is just an enormously tedious process that sometimes for me also bugs out so I gave up on it. But it is possible to edit either championship json or savegame json to edit your grid. There is a detailed thread on it on ACC forum here.

Its a clear step back from AC on this aspect. Any luck getting Raffaele Marciello on the grid? They seriously need to add another filter for 2022 season (Europe/America). This mixed grid is very annoying.
