[Date yyyy.mm.dd: 2016.04.06] ENG: I was finally trying the new patch 1.5 bonus track from Kunos in Assetto Corsa. That's a fake american highway, ispired to Death Valley. So I decided to enjoy it as a real public street, with a good street car, by trying to not overcome "too much" the double orange line in the middle. But while doing that, I felt like I was missing something in my experience: traffic! So I wanted to try the best traffic solution with what the game can actually offer nowadays. My Idea was to use as traffic the slowest possible ride currently in Assetto Corsa. Obviously my choice is gone on the new entry Abarth 595 SS (basic). AI was setted to 100%, to have them cover the most of the track in the lesser time, and make them spread on the lap the most possible, too. Probably for me I should choose another patch 1.5 entry car to drive (Corvette or Mustang), but I love Ferrari, so I chose the most probable (Ferrari 458, basic). I also put dirty road and street tyres, obivously. Now what I needed was to start a quick race weekend with Practice and Qualify sesssions longest possible. Then I waited all AI was on the track before I started (I waited around 2:30 minutes). How was that experience? Well, obviously artificial, 'cause the competition AI obiovusly uses the whole track (like if one way), they change lanes without care and they are never in the opposite direction... But it's still a fun experience! The other side-effect is that you'll overcome them all in one lap, and you'll need around two more laps to reach them again... while they'll be more spreaded on the track, meantime. Game: Assetto Corsa 1.5.4; Car: Ferrari 458 (basic); Livery: Red Mugello; Race: Practice; Location: Death Valley; Track: Black Cat County - Long; Lap Time: 4.49.073; Controller: Steering Wheel - Logitech G27; Setup: Street tyres; Driver Assistance: Factory; Gears: Sequenzial; Clutch: Sequenzial; Difficulty: Pro; Note: driven with no HUD.
