Absolutely and hugely fascinating! Paleo, when will you be updating your website?
Awesome
Perfectly playable in High on my rig in Practice. A fun drive too. Nice work. Would love San Fransisco, New York or Seattle in a similar form.

As I matter of fact I'm working on that : https://twitter.com/PaleoPixels/status/1087968106796994560

Release somewhere in Spring(-ish)
Great track and thanks for the different levels of graphics intensity. Wish you could please fix one tight turn/corner and make it a little smoother transisition on this track which has a very huge step up causing the AI when I try to do races to bounce heavily in the air. Rest of the track has bumps etc, but not as bad as this one turn. AI cars with little suspension all retire at this corner. Other than that, it is a fun track to do racing on. I can run the track on the top high graphics level with no problems and using VR and a 4k monitor. take care

Hi, thank you for your nice words. Maybe when there's time I'll create a new version of this track
Imagine loving the game, finding this mod that actually can make me drive through my own street in game..

The internet is too great xD

Which city is that? I'm working on a world exporter
Nice track but still need some improvements to make it great.

I have tried the mid layout, it is a bit too rough IMHO, some parts are visually and, most importantly, physically too polygonal, we can feel the seams of the polygons.

Also, from pure racing point of view, turn signs would be very welcome, as on my quite small 17" screen, it's not that easy to distinguish gray walls in front of a 90% turn fast enough.
Maybe some cones or tyre walls for instance.

Regarding FPS, I get some slowdown when some buildings/objects get into view (I have a GeForce 780M GTX)
such nice looking track thanks for this and now the fps makes it even better nice job :D
What on earth caused you to pick Wijchen of all places?!?! I grew up in this town so this is amazing to see. I love it!

Well, I grew up there as well and I wanted something different then the usual Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Zandvoort in the Netherlands,...so there you go :)
Superb ... and a game changer in track development ... Congratulations

Thank you!
Looks cool but is badly optimized. On a GTX 1050TI with high settings I can only get 30fps on the low setting.

Bjorn Klaassen
Is that with the low or high version of Wijchen?
Soooo cool! Great job

Thank you!
I really enjoying this map but, I can't refuel in pit-stop making endurance races impossible, however this track is a blast for short races.

Hi! Hm, I don't know how to enable that but I'll put it on my to-do list
Amazing!! I can only play (mid) @ 31 fps, but I can see tremendous detail. Great work. I can see a future for this program for Race Sims. I will follow progress with interest.

Thanks man, I'll try to squeeze more performance out of it later this month
I like it .. :)

Tried all versions. For my purposes ( VR on a minimum PC : i5 GTX 1060 GB ) the mid quality one is the best choice between framerate and graphical quality). The high one was playable, but significant framerate loss was noticable.

IMHO The framework needs better scaling. The roads, especially the tarmac coated ones ones, seemed very small. More narrow than IRL, i find.

The assets vary in quality. Example houses. Some look fine. Some seem 'broken'.

Keep 'em coming.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. The roads are more or less 8 metres wide which is a bit wider then reality actually (7 meters and a bit). If it's not wide enough you can also take the sidewalks....I made them almost at the same level as the streets for this purpose. The broken houses are a glitch actually : They confirm to the underlying landscape height-wise which they probably shouldn't :)
Despite the fact that I have a GTX 1070, I5 6500 and 16GB of RAM, I can only run high and mid at 40 fps
Bjorn Klaassen
Bjorn Klaassen
Weird? With an underclocked 1070 I get 75 at 3440x1440 with maximum details, 60-65 with a full grid
The fps increased to 20-22 fps

Hi, could you tell me with which version this was ?(low/mid/high)
