Only tiny difference to sort out the wind sound as must of accidently changed in the .lua file. Now sound volumes set to default.

Little vid Just as to show off the mod a bit during day and night;
Got the colours down perfect now I think, shadows are now no longer really super dark, Got the sky colour popping without it looking over saturated and yeah have tested on different tracks at different times of year in different weather and it all looks pretty much life like so I think my job is finally done! :)
Realised that after testing only on certain tracks that previous updates were just too dark in some weather on certain tracks. Still a little darker than Sol's filters but realistically and are useable now... Think may have finally reached happiness across everything with this version now (Hopefully!)

Making use of all the fantastic things the community have made I think this gets this game looking as close to reality as you can (in my opinion at least...) Hope you enjoy

Been a while so incorrectly uploaded but hopefully resolved now plus images for my CSP settings :)
Ended up getting addicted tinkering with this after seeing some of the great new filters out there but none of them looked particularly great for use while actually playing the game in my opinion. Think i've cracked it in terms of realistic colours, shading etc but just hope you agree... Couldn't have been done without the amazing work the rest of the modding community has done since i've been away! Amazing work guys...
Only made a tiny adjustment to my filter but after being away from this game for so long and seeing how many leaps and bounds the mod community has made, wanted to share my filter again in a form that at least works with SOL and it's amazing weather... Won't be doing anything further but the light bloom and a few other effects I just prefer in my filter to the SOL one so if your looking for something a bit different give it a try... All the best!
Lots of people asking how to install so have used the latest Reshade (3.0.8) and put the contents in an easier format for it to be dropped in to the root folder. Have included a text file just to confirm things. Hope easy enough for everyone to understand!
Hi guys,

Been yonks since even played AC as had a foot injury then back injury that have kept me from playing but can see GBW has come on leaps and bounds and looks brilliant so have decided just to upload my mod with a separate folder just with my filter but optimised to work with GBW plus my own personal simple reshade. Personally think it makes AC look better than PC2 with GBW and my filter combined but i'm obviously going to be a bit biased... Anyways hope it's useful for some. Enjoy and keep on racing!

Made quite a lot of substantial changes and tweaks, trying to find the best balance for all tracks with brightness levels, colour settings and everything else. Think it's all there now but see what you think.

With the update to TTL ive made four filters;

TTL - Standard filter

TTL Performance - Wanting to shave a couple fps off? This filter removes the slight bloom and the godrays no longer look as realistic but runs at about 3fps faster than the standard filter

TTL Camera - For taking photos so the exposure settings are more controllable, the vignette is stronger and the contrast is slightly higher

TTL Night - For night weather
Decided to try something new so have gone about making an alternative graphics mod included with my original. The gamma is a fair bit higher in this one so cockpits should be brighter and the overall look i think is lighter. Have tried to replicate reality as best i can although the skies are a right bummer as due to the way they work it's impossible to get it precisely true to life. Nevertheless have tried my best and hopefully it works well with all tracks. Have gone slightly colour blind from doing it for too long now so thought best to put out there so others can test it now...

Have also included Reshade as well so i'd advise uninstalling the sweetfx files and using this from now on since i'm using a bit more sharpening with this plus toning down the red highlights a smidgen...

Hope you enjoy!
Just been having issues with AC so had to do an entire fresh install and noticed sweetfx wasnt working when I reinstalled it.
I swapped the d3d11.dll file over with the one from the following page and seems to have fixed it so have replaced the file on my update;

Hopefully this will be of help to some!
Finally complete! If you want to see what it looks like before you try ive uploaded a video on the overview page plus added new images of this version which hopefully will be my last. Hope you like it, its been fun!
Think I rushed the last update a bit and found a new lease of life getting this right so have updated the following weathers and added a night filter (Subtle differences so it looks correct)
- Light Fog (More colour in the skies so makes it more appealing to drive in)
- Clear (Sky colour/brightness and sunlight been tweaked)
- Mid Clear (Same as above)
- Light Cloud (Same as above)
- Night (Completely reworked to get a more realistic look plus added a slightly adjusted wagnum filter)
Hi guys,

As I had a few people get in touch asking for an update ive managed to find the time while i'm off this week to sort it all out. Ive checked all the weathers using certain tracks to make sure everything looks right and as it should but if anyone notices anything that looks off or i've somehow managed to upload the wrong files (although checked twice now), please let me know asap so I can do something about it while I have the time.

Happy belated Xmas and a merry new year!
- Uniformed Cloud aspect ratio to prevent stretched looking clouds
- Created a new cloud texture from scratch to add some variety
- Made clearer Low skies a bit brighter so closer to realistic looking lighting
- Few minor tweaks here and there across everything else

Think this may be the final version as run out of things to do and my time is being taken up by other things more and more now...

Adios! Unless Kunos does some spectacular update opening up more tools to us.
Just tried to bring the colours, contrast etc to a slightly more realistic look. The bloom has also been decreased slightly on the standard filter and completely removed from the S version
The main thing i've added this time round is a secondary filter named A-Wagnum S. It's a much sharper look so if the bloom is too much on the original filter this is for you. That's really the only main difference between the two but have had to decrease the contrast, increase the saturation and alter a few things with the sun and god rays to make it look right as without the bloom the blacks looked way too sharp and contrasting against everything and the sun looked a bit odd at low levels...

Let me know what you think of the new filter and which you prefer. To some the difference will probably be negligible while to others will perhaps be a deal breaker. Personally think I am swaying towards the sharper look but if there's call for both i'll obviously keep them both.

Couple of other minor adjustments as follows;
- Light Cloud weather's fog distance has been increased slightly
- Clear Early/Late horizon colour adjusted to give sky more colour
I'll just list the updates this time so here goes;

Clouds - Added a forth cloud and renamed them all as Wagnum1,2,3,4 so easily distinguishable if anyone is having trouble telling which pack they have installed

Clear - Haze or "fog" colour has been lightened a little as this brightens things a little bit as previously it made the distance areas look a little dull

Mid Clear - Haze has been altered like on Clear plus have adjusted the midday horizon colour slightly so it still feels summery on all tracks

Light Cloud - Same as the last two with haze plus have altered sky colours so they look significantly more realistic. Have also increased ambient light a tad to fit in with realism

Mid Cloud - Horizon colours changed to give a bit more depth and altered number of clouds and their sizing to give a nicer sky

Heavy Cloud - Same as Mid Cloud but have also changed the cloud brightness which has significantly improved the realism of this weather type and made it much more distinguishable from Mid Cloud. Have also altered the ambient light slightly
Right so ive spent hours on this over the last two days so hopefully it's paid off. Things ive changed
- reworked the filter so to achieve more realistic colours, effects, etc
- Altered the auto exposure so get a better control of the light across all weathers
- Adjusted colours, lighting and clouds across all weathers so dont end up with blown out skies when the auto-exposure wants to increase the exposure up significantly
- Added more "fog" to weathers, especially clear and mid clear so to give a more atmospheric look
- Altered colours significantly to adjust correctly to the extra "fog"

Think ive nailed it with this one but sure i'll start picking holes in it soon enough
