This problem does not occur in the player car.
This problem is there in the distance a car, occurs when low polygon model is selected.
In low polygon model looked like the texture of the side wall of the tire is being used in the tread of the tire.
So, I have to change the position of the logo depicting the tire. Problem has disappeared.
Since this problem is also found in other livery, and plans to successively improved.

Some of the logo has been detailing up.
