Copy the file in "morph_poses" here :
SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\F1 22\2022_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\cinematics\drivers\morph_poses
For the helmet copy the files in "Vettel Helmet" here :
SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\F1 22\2022_asset_groups\character_package\team_livery\2022-custom-fom
it replaces the FOM helmet. I just did a quick texture fix for the helmet wing, so it's not 100% I just made it in a neutral colour.
I'm not expecting to do more. There's already another mode more complete but in which Vettel was missing
