This is fantastic! Cars sound more powerful as they should be! Is there anyway you can add the turbo whistle sounds during downshifts?! They don't really sound right on this game.

Really good man, i don't know how you figured this out but i am glad you did. most importantly i now know how to get the pitch right for old v10/v8 engines for the 2019 cars:)

Man I was hoping someone would do this since the launch. Thank you.

Can you tell us how you did that? I was trying but couldn't find a way. I would love to this for the V8/V10 sound so I can use them with the modern cars.

Get yourself a hex editor like HxD, then change the value at byte 0x55. That controls the overall pitch of the sounds.
There's also byte 0x20 that is of interest for pitch shifting. If that byte is set to 00, the sound will change pitch depending on the car's rev limiter. Setting this to 01 eliminates that.
