Update for the 2014 Indycar number 08 Chevy Oval car 1.1

Thanks to user tim_allmi for catching this glitch.
The 2014 number 08 Chevy oval car was missing the .dds file.
This is for the 2014 skins I uploaded for the VRC 2012 mod
