Fairly substantial list of changes, a few of which I have been sitting on for a while, but had not got around to adding to any released version, so here it is!

Change list:

· 2D trees removed, 3D trees added.
· Floating tyre marks, racing groove texture completely remade
· Normal on walls fixed, so they no longer have that ‘RTB’ roundness to them, and instead actually have squared off edges
· Texture improvements to: Walls, Road, Windows, Ocean, Lakes, Tyre Walls.
· Shader improvements: on the Honda bridge, road surface, tyre walls, all lamps and street lights
· Re done night lights from the ground up for better performance
· Additions to the RainFX, fixing the back straight not working with rain for example.
· 3d glass shaders used on way more of the windows / glass buildings
· Pit lane AI fixed
· Massive improvements to the collision walls, they match the visual walls a lot more now. So, there should be less clipping through the visual walls.
· Removal of the 2D tyre marbles, replaced with 3D ones.

Overall, I’d say performance is about the same, the 3D trees do slow things down a bit, but optimising the lights, removing the millions of 2D tyre marbles that relied on alpha transparency to work, better groove line methods etc should balance it out.

One thing I have done, is change the name of the track to remove the date from the name. As it stands now the track was replicating the 2022 version of the track, despite having 2021 in the track name.

Hi All,

After the recent bout of people complaining about the lack of brake marker boards and replay cams, I finally added them in! The 2D crowds have all been killed off and replaced with camera facing ones.

Also you'll find new asphalt textures, updates to the way the trees look, some new water shaders and all sorts added into the track via the ext_config.ini file.

Finally I have replaced the 'bumps' mesh with something way less bumpy!

Thanks,

As a side note - you may notice a few additional billboards dotted around the circuit, advertsing my Patreon Feed.

Without all of my generous supportes over at www.patreon.com/nukedrop I wouldn't have the time to make updates like this one, let alone full blown tracks - these generous people keep things rolling, so if you enjoy this track, or any of the other tracks I have made please come and take a look at what's going on over there. There's some great stuff in development including:

Area 27 (for all you Canadians!)
Heartland Motorsports Park Topeka
Spring Mountain Motor Resort
Ozarks Raceway
Thunderhill (with 16 layouts!)
Buttonwillow
Sebring (1966)

+ Many more!

Just a quick update to:

Fix the pitlane issue where the car wouldn't pit if you were starting in the first few laps.

Increased car count from 20 to 30.

Reduced brightness of trees, so they're more green now.

Edited the lights file, so they only come on when required.

Added some decorative tyre marbles around the track.
