The Setup Market (Service is down) 0.6.4

This is mainly a fix for the people that kept getting a 'fetching server...' message that wouldn't go away. If you dont have any issues with the app, you can skip this update.

Important: All users should upgrade to this 0.6.2 version.

Due to recent server overload, I had to make some changes to the way the app fetches setups from the server. The result is shorter load time when the app looks for setups in a session and, as a result, reduce server load.

Hotfix:
- Fixed '.sp' (pitstop strategy ) files appearing in the file selector button for upload/update functionality.

This is a simple hotfix for those who have the issue where the app initialize with the message 'fetching server' that is never resolving to show the normal GUI.

If you dont have this issue, you can skip this patch.

• Rating system implemented: works for both users with an account on thesetupmarket.com or without. (Rate more than one time and only the last vote casted will be counted)
• App is now wider to allow more info in the download setup table.
• Refreshed UI.
• Downloaded setups will keep original file name now instead of being renamed. (file name also appears in the listing table now)

- Fixed app issues when server was down.

Few people reported the app to prevent AC from loading sessions when the server was down. This has been fixed, AC will load normally and the app will try to reach the server while the session is loaded. If the server does not respond the app will show a message, if the server is really slow, a loading message will show until the server responds.

A real feature update is in the works, adding rating from the app. UI configuration and a more complete upload feature is also planned.

The upload section is now implemented. For it to work, you will have to create an account @ thesetupmarket.com and then link it with your steam account via the big orange button on your profile page.

To add a best lap time or comments for your uploads, you will still have to log on to the website until I implement this in the app.
