I use SciTE when editing AU3 files:
This script needs to be compiled before it can be used, but that is fairly easy to do. It's purpose is to automate starting OBS, connecting to an online race session using CM, and then starting up the default stream in OBS. In order for this to work on your computer you'll need to open the script and change the settings to match your environment. Primarily you'll need to adjust the $link for the server, and the hotkeys that OBS uses to start and stop streaming (I use F10 to start streaming and Alt+F10 to stop streaming).
