For installation just copy the sr5 file into the "cars" folder in the game. (game version 1.2.1)
I made my car because I liked a red fabia that I found on google. I've used game's texture to make it red. I used NefsEdit to export the green fabia from the game and then I took the white parts and paint them red.As regarding the front and the front bumper, I tried to make it as I saw it in a google image.
