Shelby Cobra 289 MOD 1.3

As per request here is an all in one update, Data, texture, ui, and sfx. I want to clarify that this car in it's current form is for fun. That was the main purpose of this initial edition. Although it has correct transmission and differential ratios it has been pointed out that it's horsepower is too high and it's tires are too grippy. That is correct. BUT!! Stay tuned....because of the interest in this car research has commenced and modifications started on an accurate model reflecting the 289 Sports model Cobra that had a 289 on the coil spring chassis. They did exist. Here is a link to an actual car.

Thank you to Race Department member Norman Leslie who tackled my 'flames' problem with this mod. He adjusted the flames.ini file and they now work. This update includes a new data folder to paste over your old one but all that is inside the folder is the new flames.ini file. Thanks again Norman. Teamwork makes me smile!
In this update are three folders. Data, texture, and ui. Open your current shelby_289_cobra folder and delete the old data, texture, and ui folders. Then copy the three new folders from this update and paste them into your shelby_289_cobra folder. Deleting the old folders before pasting these into place should prevent any issues occurring.
This update includes several changes. A couple were prompted by members here and feedback I have received. This car has no issues when analyzed by Content Manager. There are still no currently working exhaust flames although I have tried and tried. The headlights light up the road but do not look like they're on when viewing the car. Taillights and brake lights work fine.
Update list for 1.1
Corrected mass again back to what I calculated it should be.
Changed vehicle titling in car.ini header.
Corrected transmission gear ratios and differential final ratios to correct specification for a 1965 Cobra 289 North American version. Other performance specs such as factory horsepower rating and original tires are not matched by this car.
This car is meant to be a fun approximation of a mid-sixties 289 Cobra. I may fine-tune its specs more over time. It is not focused on being either a street or track car.
Almost all credit for this car belongs to 'the_meco pankykapus' who made this car originally in 2014 as a 427 Cobra.
If anybody figures out the flames and headlights I would appreciate knowing how to do it. Enjoy this little beast.

I was asked to re-upload the .6 data file as it had gone missing. Here is the latest incarnation. A few engine performance tweaks including changing the rev limiter to 6750. This car likes to be driven hard! By the way, I use an over-the-air internet connection and my bandwidth is small. I wanted to upload all three updates together today but it wasn't working so here is the missing data file at least.
I have hesitated to upload this sound file because I do not know the author in order to give credit. Like most of us in this hobby I have collected a great number of sound files that get transferred from mod to mod. This particular sound file really suits this 289 Cobra in my opinion so I figured I would chance uploading it. Whoever made it deserves the thanks.
New instructions
Download and install the_meco and pankykapus AC Cobra mod. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/shelby-cobra-427.2710/ Make a new folder and call it shelby_289_cobra. Copy the guts from the downloaded meco "shelby_cobra" folder and paste them into the new shelby_289_cobra folder. Delete the data.acd file. Then take the new data folder from my .6 update and paste it into the shelby_289_cobra folder. Now take the downloaded modified ui file from this update and paste it into the new shelby_289_cobra folder. Done.
Update 9/01/19
Corrected vehicle mass weight. I found it had changed somehow from my original calculation.
Reset steering lock to 17.3 from 15.0
Changed out power lut for one a bit stronger from 1965 AC Legends Mustang.
