Added more textures, repeating on tracks in .jpg, .bmp, .png formats. Also converted many .tga textures to .dds.

Now there are not only parked cars in this pack.

Added:
flags, tents, walls, road materials and special effect textures,
that are used on tracks created in Bobs Track Builder and automatically exported with textures in .jpg, png and bmp.
These graphic formats are used also in tracks converted from older games to GTR 2 and Race 07 series.

JPG, BMP and TGA are supported by the GTR games, as "legacy", but the dedicated format for these games is DDS.

TGA textures are good enough for objects that are always in the same distance (cockpit details for example), because they are not mipmapped.
They use more RAM, if the texture is 2048x2048 and the object is 2 km far from you, it is already using so large texture. DDS use smaller mipmaps for distant objects.

BMP, similarly as TGA, doesn't use mipmaps. Besides it doesn't support transparency. In some games transparency is forced by using magenta or green background.

JPG should never be used in games, when we talk about quality and compatibility.

These three formats extend the loading time.

PNG textures are not supported by GTR games. If an object uses a .png texture, in the best case will be not displayed, but more often it will crash the game.

Recommended is adding all these textures to
GameData\Locations\Shared
