New skies + settings, rumble strips & wall barrier textures

Hi Guys

Update details:

- Skies & lighting fix with full day night cycle
- Changed some of the other banners
- New rumble strips and wall barriers with sponsors (optional)

P.S. If you have previous version you must first delete it before installing the new one, v1.1.

N.B. The rumble strips and wall barriers are optional for those who want.

There is one tiny problem with wall barriers and this why I have kept it optional.

The pitlane shares the same texture as the main start/finish straight so the logos are mirrored only in the pits which one can not see at all on track.

I really recommend trying them as the new rumble strips and wall barriers make a big difference on track.

To install just copy the two textures from the Optional sponsors & rumble strip folder into the tracks location.

If you don't like them then you just delete the two textures from the tracks location.
