Wheels look like whitewalls - there's something wrong with sr5_wheel_d.tga texture, IDK maybe wrong compression (BC1 Linear instead of sRGB)

I rechecked all the files for the rims by installing them ingame and I don't have the issue you have (whitewalls). Can you take a screenshot and send it to me so I can see what the exact problem is you have?
