RTSH Pennzoil AMR V8 Vantage 1.32

For some reason, this skin no longer works with version 1.8 of ACC for the game seems unable to generate proper dds from the png files.
This patch fixes that, so make sure to download this version before trying to use that livery ingame.

Hey guys and girls,

I noticed a few minor issues with this skin during a close-up in-game photoshoot. The green parts on the front bumper didn't seem to be evenly textured, so I took the skin back to find that it was indeed a bit messy.

Here is an updated version without this little inconvenience. I took the opportunity to clean up here and there. We will say version 1.31 ;-)
