better delete the old files and reinstall the skins !!!!

you don't want glowing brake discs?
overwrites the LED_Brakes_Glow.dds with the LED_Brakes_Glow.dds from here:
Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ assettocorsa \ content \ cars \ rss_formula_hybrid_x \ texture \ Zero_Glow_Removal \ REPLACE_SKINS_LIVERIES \ LED_Brakes_Glow.dds
then you no longer have glowing brake discs
