Lowres and Hires skin

HiRes skins:

For multiplayer and lower end systems the basic skin is now compressed. If you want to use the uncompressed hi resolution version, you can copy the skin files from the folder "HiRes skin" to the car folders and overwrite the originals. Also included are the lowres skins if you want to revert to the originals.

Updated tires and rims

Update 1.1

- fixed the alpha channel for the tires
- now O.Z racing is visible on the rims
