RIDE 2 Physic Mod 2023 UPDATE !!! 2023-12-03

After quite a while not playing the game (6months) and putting lots of hours on a real motorbike (zx6r) i realized many new things when i came back to the game , espeacially wheelies which changed a lot with this update , feels way more realistic now due to realistic weight loads and change of drivers wheight positions .

Weight load also affects the cornering and also i think the wheight transfers , feels more smooth now to lap the tracks .

Started to work on a few ducatis aswell , panigale 1199 espeacially .

Please give me some feedback in regards the level of realism , for me it feels the tire breaking traction and drifts are still to common .

Like mentioned before the goal now is to make the game as realistic as possible . After watching a lot of real life footage, comparing top speeds and general bike behaviour is realised how broken everything is , i checked the values for the gear boxes and saw they are very ruff or sometimes completly off , i replaced/corrected all values with real bike data .

The other problem was the air drag , they made a ridiculous small change to the air drag when tucked in, so it wasnt possible to reach top speeds of a real life stock bike on the straight line of a big track , its fixed for the few bikes i corrected now.

Another thing is the level of grip , the drifting was fun but just to much , i increased some global values which affect the cornering and grip of most bikes in the game and make it feel again a lot better than the version before . Drifting is reduced to more realistic level , on a 600 with slicks its quite rare now .

IMPORTANT :
this is just the VR11 compatible version , it works regardles but the DLC bikes are missing , next update comes with both vesions again.

Next update coming on the weekend , grip is increased and handling is better/faster then in the version before.
My goal now is to make the game as realistic as possible , drifting is gonna be reduced a lot bc grip is increased . I started to look at real life footage from race tracks and saw that the game is quite off when it comes to top speed and lap times , theres gonna be a lot of things i have to change for every individual bike so it gonna take some time till the whole game is fully updated , on the weekend im gonna release a version that has new global settings and a few corrected bikes .

Made an update due to a mistake in the previous version , the steering was too slow and not responsive enough on the weight transfers , this is now fixed with some other minor changes .

Further improvement of the steering filters etc .

After some time riding on a real bike again i realized how much more effort you need to put to lean the bike at higher speeds , after then coming back to the game after a month something felt not right , yesterday i did small change with a big effect , i now doubled the value of the steering input filter which make the whole manuvering of the bike soo much smoother and controlled , its way easyer to control the lean angle now whih benefits every aspect of the game , cornering feels so much nicer and also the animations are smoother , since you can control the lean angle better now you can leave the corner with some wheelspin , wheelies are also been affected and its now possible to steer and lean the bike without falling due to wobble wich appered as soon as you steered even the smallest ammount . After this change im much more happy with how the whole games feels , for this update im just gonna put one version and release the other ones by the weekend as a new version , have fun and let me now what you think .
