Renault F1 2019 - Dashboard

-Add Safety Car or Virtual Safety Car text on Safety Car screen
-New Start Mode Screen
-Two new screens Cool Mode and Outlap Mode

To see the new screens:
-On outlap, change Fuel Mix to 1 and ERS to 1.
-On return to pit, change Fuel Mix to 1 ane ERS to 0.

-Included codes for some screens, no need external javascript file anymore
-New idle screen to match to all my dashboards

Added SYNC Gears

Added SYNC Gears when you are in Practice 1 and first lap.

To work properly please copy and overwrite the F1-2018_Dash.js from "Renault F1 2019 Dashboard\JavascriptExtensions" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\JavascriptExtensions"​

and I create a new SC screen. Thank You.

Fixed the text "Clutch In and Race Start" in Start Mode screen
