tacho fix, HQ gloves

v1.02
Delete old Teams/TC-65 Renault 5 folder first.
Fixed tacho needle.
Changed .cas to use new HQ Sparco Gloves.

minor fixes

v1.01 Added 4 more cars, improved sounds, Better seat adjustment. rev counter adjustment, but still not centered properly.
Delete R5T folder in sounds folder overwrite all others.
