Rebalanced Cars Performance 3.2

Reduced tyre wear for all cars in every track, right now the wear is not balanced perfectly, in some tracks is way too low
but i don't know if i will fix it, because i don't play much F1 anymore, exept for this it works perfectly, is based on the "Normal" version,
so expect the same AI performance.

(all the following changes are in effect for the "Last Races Update" version, i did't change anything in other versions)

. Added a new version "Last Races Update" with a database made as closer as i can to last few races of 2014 championship, new tiers are: (in order of strenght)
. Tier 1: Mercedes, Williams, Red Bull
. Tier 2: McLaren, Ferrari, Force India
. Tier 3: Toro Rosso, Lotus, Sauber
. Tier 4: Marussia, Catherham
. Massa is way faster than before
. Button often beats Alonso and Raikkonen, and sometimes even some Tier 1 driver
. Magnussen and both Force India are slower than Ferraris and Button
. Williams is now the best car after Mercedes
. Fixed Fake Qualifying Ability to match last races

Too many changes to write here, but there is a ReadMe in the mod The most important is that now Williams is the fastest on straight and the Ferrari is slower (for both you and ai)

Fixed tyre wear for Monza, Catalunya and Sepang, and little changes to the brake point of Bottas (he will not be faster just brake a little later) as ever if you are already on 2.X version of this mod there is no need to restart anything

in this update i fixed the Q1 performance of Tier 2 (every race 2 of mclaren or force india gets eliminated in Q1)

Hi guys, i made very tiny update to drivers performance (slighty increased the performance of Rosberg and Massa) and tyre wear (reduced for Ferrari, Williams and Force India and increased for Lotus) according to the last race in Texas, if you came from version 2.0 you don't need to restart anything, just download and enjoy

hi guys, i'm back with another update.
In this update i fixed the performance of Williams (they were a little too fast), and changed other things in team balance so now the tiers should be like this:
Tier 1: Mercedes, Red Bull, Ferrari (didn't touch them) and Williams
Tier 2: McLaren, Force india (now they are almost equal)
Tier 3: Toro Rosso, (noticeable better than other Tier 3) Lotus and Sauber
Tier 4: Marussia and Caterham
Keep in mind that these are tiers when you driving the car, but drivers performance will be different, for example generally Bottas is faster than Massa just like Ricciardo and Vettel, plus i have reduced the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3 to make races more fun and different one from another.
