Installation (in this order)

Note: It would be easier if I bundled everything up to install in one go, but there's a few reasons why I wouldn't. Firstly, it's a waste of resources hosting two of the same file. Secondly, if the resource is updated, I'd also have to update mine which takes time. Lastly, the original creators of the below assets should get the recognition and the download count, not me.


Step 01
Download and install the Porsche GT3 Cup car:

• Porsche 991 GT3 Cup 992

Step 02
Download and install the Porsche Mobil1 2022 Supercup team skins. Drag and drop into Content Manager to install.

Step 03
Download and install all of the following tracks. Drag and drop into Content Manager to install.

Step 04
Download and install all of the following extended-pitstop track extensions. Drag and drop into Content Manager to install.

• Imola
• Silverstone
• Red Bull Ring
• Zandvoort

Step 05

Download the following sound mod (originally by Soul_EvolutionLG but repackaged for use with this car) to replace the awful standard sounds. Install by navigating into the above 992 GT3 Cup car's folder, locate the 'SFX' folder, delete it, and use the one inside the following mod instead.

Step 06
Finally, place the contents of the included 'champs' folder into your Assetto Corsa 'champs' folder. This is usually located in:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Assetto Corsa\champs

Tips

• Faster than the AI? Edit the championship (Content > User Championships) and edit the grid preset. At the bottom, add your own restrictor and/or ballast.
  
  
• Want to change your main car? Edit the championship (as above) to swap it. Remember to add your car back into the AI grid, and remove the new car you're driving from the AI grid.

Extras

Optional 2k skin patch (better load times)

I've converted the main livery texture of Pedro Lemonnier-Lopes' beautiful skins from 4k to 2k due to horrendous loading times (now 75% quicker). The following pack does not contain the full skins as it's just a patch, so you'll still need the above teams. Once you've installed all of the above teams in Step 02, place the contents of the zip in your main 'assettocorsa' installation, overwriting all files.

Notes

• To enable rain, you'll need a 'Preview' version of the latest Custom Shaders Patch, available through the creator's Patreon page. This allows the use of RainFX.
  
  
• You can change the race length by navigating into Content > Miscellaneous > User Championships > Porsche Mobil1 Supercup 2022 > Rounds. Here you can change the laps of each track. Don't forget to save it.

Troubleshooting

• If you receive:
  
  "AC ran into a critical error:
  CANNOT HAVE 0 CARS IN RACE.INI
  Your CSP version 0.1.79. Detailed a report"
  
  Then you've installed the tracks/extensions in the wrong order. Remove the tracks and extensions, install the tracks first, and the extensions afterwards.
  
  
• The cars are very slow loading. This is the car, and not the championship. Download my 2K skin patch above.
