Realfeel description update

This is just a small update to the realfeel descriptions so all the skins/cars have one realfeel entry, so if you want to change those values you only have to do it once for whichever series or car you choose.

This organises the Porsche Carrera Cup into its own section in GSC.

This is an update to fully integrate the realfeel plugin. The code is cracked for this conundrum. :geek:

Extract the gamedata file to your GSC installation and overwrite.
