Reloaded 919 hybrid sound !

Changelog :
-Totally new onboard sound
-New exterior sound (it sounds quite the same, but actually better :D)
-A lot of volume adjustements, eg the car should sound very low outside compared to the 1.0 version, but it's more realistic

1.2 Some important fixes

Changelog :
-different pitch adjustement on the 2015 and 2016 version
-lowered a bit the volume of the electric motor overall
-improved the iddle volume onboard/outside
-resolved the limiter bug of the 2015 version
-some improvements here and there
