I dont know what you guys have, this Sound Mod sounds so freakin unrealistic. The Loops at the Rev Limiter kills me

Hi

Might help posting a link to something which you think the car should sound like? What about the external sounds?

Find me a rev limiter sample longer than 0.6 seconds. Oh right, there isn't one. So I think you should do what the real drivers do which is actually shift up before the limiter kicks in. You're losing time otherwise.

Note: IMSA and WEC onboards are NOT recorded from inside the cockpit.

Absolutely fantastic and accurate to the real sound. Many video game sounds fail to recreate the brutality of racing car sounds but this one nails it.

If you've ever heard this car in real life you will appreciate how good this sounds. They are the best sound and the loudest thing on the grid. Great work.

It just keeps getting better! Some feedback: I think that the first person (kinda helmet but there is no helmet) cam (The one you can see your in car steering wheel)'s sound can be a little sharper. Currently it feels that there is a thin sound abortion material between the engine and the mic.

My opinion is based on the Marshalls Pruett's Podcast, in which he presented an hour-long very high quality in car sound recording. See the links below:

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. Indeed I used the first link you sent for the samples of this car. And you may be right about the thin absorption material.

As for the second recording, then I have heard it too but decided not to use it since the mic was placed nearer the exhaust, whereas in the first recoding it was placed in the cockpit.
