**Latest filters have to be used with at least Sol 2.1 and latest version of CSP, also please note that I personally build these filters on the latest alpha builds of Sol (Sol 2.2 Alpha 8+ can all be found on Sol's discord)**

EDIT JAN 26, 2021: Trawa weather has been removed as it was determined to be not fully functional, so unfortunately my Trawa filters are "obsolete" until further notice.

Hello all,

It's been a while but I've updated the pclipse filter set. We have Intrinsic, Noire, Bland and Satire. Please keep in mind these filters are meant mostly for "photography", they are rather heavily color graded, they aren't meant to be "daily drivers".

NEW FILTER! PC_Daily

Most filters I've released so far are fairly heavily color graded and some are extremely situational. For the longest time PC_Intrinsic was kind of the most subtle and most user friendly filter, however now we have PC_Daily. I've tried to make it a filter where you can "set it and forget it". It should be good for driving as well as taking screenshots. It's certainly no "Natural Mod" or jav's Photorealistic, and of course I'm still open to feedback.

PC_Daily:

Intrinsic filter:

Meant to be the most neutral and natural of the four, best used in daylight conditions. Examples:

Noire filter:

Also meant to be neutral and somewhat natural, but best used in dark/night conditions, the filter has a wide exposure range so feel free to play with the exposure slider to get the lighting you prefer for your final shot. Example:

Bland filter:

It consists of duller color notes, but with the color grading still allows colors to pop. Really nice filter for cloudy, rainy, moody type weather. However it still looks great in clear/scattered cloud skies depending on sun angle. Give it a shot!

Examples of the Bland filter:

Satire filter:

Unlike the "Bland" filter, the Satire filter accentuates color but in a subtle way with a very common "teal and orange" style among color graded photography and videos these days. Really works well in all times of day and all sun angles. Example:

Please let me know in the comments section if you have any problems, I'll try to do my best to help you out. And also if you ever have any suggestions, feel free to let me know as well!

Thank you for having a look,

how can i equip this mod??
I downloaded it can you tell me how to install it properly ?
PC_daily looks amazing, but when im in first person, the contrast seems to change drastically, just does not feel right, is there any way to change that?

The contrast changes or the exposure? Like the brightness?
amazing work

Appreciate it, thank you!
all of these filters look excellent in my game, especially noire... except for some reason i can only use noire if i select it using the ingame ppfilter app, if i change it via cm, then my game crashes instantly on loading, and if i try to load a race after i choose noire in a previous race, it fails to load. Other than noire being unstable for me, this is an excellent collection of filters

Hey 39Turner, thanks for bringing it up. I can confirm Noire is unstable, looks like I'm having the same issue. Will try to figure out what's causing it and release an update. Thank you!
yeah
Absolutely stunning.
Is a very good filter but do you have any good settings or like a preset for csp?
pclipse
pclipse
Thank you for the feedback. I will include CSP Presets in the next release. Which will happen most likely with the Sol 2.1 release.
I cant use the filters... it wont show up on the filters dropdown

A DM would probably have been more appropriate rather than rating the filter without having used it...

The best pp filter there is for sure!

Appreciate the kind words, thank you! IF you happen to be running the latest versions of Sol 2.1 Alpha, go check out the PPC discord channel, I have a newer version on there. Once Sol 2.1 final release is on RD I'll release the stable versions on here :)
Very nice! However your discord invite has expired, could you update it?
pclipse

Updated, sorry about that!
TL-DR: These are photomode-only filters, if you drive with one of these, prepare to have some very sore eyes.

Not sure how should I rate this... either my Sol config is f#cked up or your PP filter is giving me an fricking headache.
After sitting in the pitlane of Nordschleife for about an hour switching back and forth, I can't for the love of god get any of your filter look good in sunny conditions, I HAD TO set it to either overcast, sunset or anything that's really dark to get them look somewhat decent - what's even weirder, Satire filter only looks good in October sunset.
To be more specific, I was purposely using a white car and free camera sitting right in front of it to test your filters, and they either made my car looks like a running incandescent lamp under the sun, or cast the whole screen with a funny color tone.

@XRRoy, Appreciate the feedback! I see you're using 2.6.1, I was wondering if you're using Sol 2.0? If not, you might want to give the preview versions a try ;)
nice! have you used a reshade filter with the pp filter ?
pclipse
pclipse
No reshade in any of the screenshots. Just pure pp filter :) Thank you.
Beautiful filter. In my case, I think the auto exposure is a bit too aggressive, but it does not detract from the amazing work in any way. Good job.
pclipse
pclipse
You are certainly right. I'm working to see if single exposure values will work. Either way, auto-exposure will be fixed in an update. Thank you for the review!
Nice filter. How do you get this raindrops?
pclipse
pclipse
It is from x4fab's patreon preview build 0.1.62. Thank you for the feedback by the way :)
