Version 1.01 - After Abu Dhabi GP
I listened to your feedback and reduced the time gap between tier 1 and tier 2 teams, and also made some minor adjustments to all the other parts in my database so that is now more realistic after the final 2 races.
CHANGELOG
- All teams are now Tier 1 (all the field is closer )
- Drivers and Teams Performance tweaks (read spoiler for more details).
- Tyre Wear tweaks.
- "Race Only" GPs grid tweaks.
- Career Mode Season Objectives tweaks.
- Updated driver stats (podiums and wins) until 2018 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
TEAM TIERS
With only one tier of teams, the fight in the midfield is nuts, just as in real life!
Tier 1: Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull, Renault, Force India, Haas, McLaren, Sauber, Toro Rosso, Williams

Drivers performance is divided in 14 levels:
100: Hamilton
90: Vettel-Räikkönen-Verstappen
85: Bottas-Ricciardo
70: Hülkenberg
65: Alonso
60: Sainz-Ocon
58: Magnussen
55: Pérez-Leclerc
50: Grosjean-Ericsson
48: Gasly
40: Vandoorne
38: Hartley
35: Stroll
30: Sirotkin
Hamilton will not win every race and Sirotkin will not finish last every race, I guarantee.
TYRE WEAR LEVELS
Based on each team pit stop count from every race in the 2018 Season, from the most affected team to the least affected team, the tyre wear rank is as follows:
1. Williams - Most affected
2. Toro Rosso
3. McLaren
4. Haas
5. Renault
6. Force India
7. Sauber
8. Ferrari
9. Mercedes
10. Red Bull - Least affected
