I downloaded the file. When installing the file it was flagged as mail ware and has a virus Trojan :( I can not install the mod

start to bore the issue this ... I do not think you install this mod, since there is no installer ... you just have to place the files in their respective site ... the dll can give false positive since it takes a good amount of codes for the house to work ... besides you would have known if you had looked a little bit at the support section ...

Alright. I`m not a man who can tell you (author) what to do, but this modification is pretty well. I can tell you advantages and disadvantages of your mod:
Advantages -->
1. Location. You locate house in so good place, i like it.
2. Garage. Yeah, garage just for mechanics) Big, well light...i think all what i can, it`s call a West Coast Custom there with XZibit (Joke Time....it`s not funny, i know)
Disadvantages:
1. Space. Unfortunately, house is too big for one person. My advice for you: add more furniture or others things in it. It will looks like a not too big.
2. Green on yard. No, no god please no. It`s not looks like cool. Sand on a green? I`m sorry dude, but it`s looks like strange and not beautiful.
That`s all. Oh, and one more thing. You should to do something with electricity...too much bugs)
In common, you are so talanted person and don`t stop. I (not only) want to see something more better. I hope, you will not disappoint me and all you fans. Good Luck Dude. :-)

fantastic mod! one thing i would love to see is some sort of lanyard added to the gate clicker so we can hang it from our rear view mirrors. instead of having them roll all over in our cars.

Why wouldn't you make a smaller house, instead of this mansion?
This house is too big, there is too much space, staircase is very huge, only kitchen uses so much space, that you could fit at least 2 room in there, poor lighting, some models are colliding with each other, textures are glitching, and that huge barn.. Just why? It doesn't fit the game at all, it's 1995 Finland's village, not Hollywood.
I want to like this mod, I really do, I was so hyped when I downloaded it, but this house is just too big.
The only thing that I like is the big garage, it fits two cars and there is plenty space for working on Satsuma.
I'm hoping, that in the future you will add more stuff in the house, that will fit the interior and design, because now kitchen looks terrible, and that you will make this house at least two or three times smaller.

What do we not understand about an alpha? If you are looking for a smaller house you have the apartment and the normal house ... the mod obviously contains errors, patience ... I do not dedicate myself to this ... I'm doing it step by step ... I'm sorry for my translated English.

I love this mod. But I have a problem. The house went for sale and I cant buy it back, there's no mail box. I go up to the sign and nothing is happening. I don't know whats going on. I tried to reinstall the mod and that didn't work either. I tired to delete all files starting in "new house-"and there was nothing there. I Need help with this!!!

absolutely amazing! just I have a problem like the sign says for sale but when I pressed on it nothing happened. I tried everything but it doesn't seem to work. what am I doing wrong?

remove files saves generated with mod , no gamesave , located in folder "% userprofile% \ appdata \ locallow \ Amistech \ My Summer Car " delete all files starting in "newhouse-"

uh when I got charged the electricity bill it says Infinity and when I click it it takes all my money away and says -infinity and It made me not own the house anymore and I can't interact with the sign at all plaz help.

put the images in "/ Images" but do not change the name or format of the file. all images end in -newhouse.png.
