lovely mod. and can you make the sauna room for this house? because this house is built in finland so if u build a sauna room it'll be great :)

I would give it a good rating if it would work tried to reinstall 5 times still not working on starting up console disables it bcs of errors

I am giving this a 4 star rating. kunedo you did a wicked job on this mod! I wont try it because my pc is not powerful enough but I have seen enough to think about my full review this mod is one of the best mods out there for MSC and Aki Korhonen please give better reviews rather then saying this sucks because yes its ugly but this man/woman had to create new coding to allow this to be possible and I dont see you having the IQ to be able to do this kind of work. -BlocksFullofSauce

Nice mod, played it before. But now with the new Update I can't buy the House in my Save game. Lifter for example is working fine to buy. The hand just doesn't appear at the sign at the house. Maybe u can help?

look your old house not burned , If the mscloader console appears as soon as you start something, it has not gone correctly.

Very nice plugin for My Summer Car! It's nice how wide open everything is, and you did an amazing job with everything.

I have two issues though, one, it would be nice if there was a way to make it listed as the old house, because with plugins like CheatBox, I'm trying to get to the new house, and instead go to the old one.
My other issue is, I can't figure out what the buttons are for going in and out of furniture editing mode.

Overall, very nice plugin, it's worth staying in your MSC game.

Press button number 1 to exit mode edit house, press button number 3 to enter mode edit house.
Leave a vehicle in the new house, and so you will have a way to return to the new house by teleporting to that vehicle with the cheatbox.

mod requires medium high pc, first read, there is a lot of mesh and a lot of code, and the truth is that it has little impact on everything it takes.

thanks for the encouragement you give, constructive criticism, with which to help improve the mods ... luck that there is a good community that understands the work that this gives without asking anything in return ... but of course, that is only my opinion

This is an excellent mod that adds a huge new house to the game. The house itself has very little impact on framerate, at least in my experience, and has a lot of useful features such as: firewood + ax, a hot tub that relieves both dirtiness AND stress (leave the tap on while in use) as well as being in a good location for access to the town and highway.

I have only two issues with this mod. The first is the price, the house costs a hefty 75,000 marks and extra bits like the hot tub cost even more. Although it is a very fancy house I think that the base price should be reduced to more like 50,000 marks.

The second issue is that if you save after sleeping in the bed in the house (at least I think this is what causes it), the mod will get confused and you will lose access to the house and have to re-set it. I did find a SOLUTION to this issue by making the general file in the config READ ONLY which gives an error after saving but fixes the issue (if it still breaks fully close the game and upon restarting you should have access again).

Overall a very good mod and I have no doubt that the few issues will be fixed in later development. Thanks Kunedo for another great mod :)

Very nice mod. But I think you should add an option to reset the location of remote controller. I can't find it and I have to reset the mod every time I really need that option. Otherwise it's a really great mod. Thanks for reading. I will be pretty happy if you add that option.

ok, I write it down for the next patch, anyway, it is not necessary, remove and put the mod back, just look for the saves of the mod, find the file NewHouse-remote.save and delete it, so you will reset the remote control.

Very nice mod. Unfortunately, if we buy a house and do not save the game, we must restart the mod. And you have to point the pointer exactly on the red button on the remote control to open the gate. I only have problems with the letter with additional items. Namely, the letter disappears in the mailbox and after a week nothing works.

Awesome, though it does have a few small problems, the extra Diesel Can and Gas can return to the garage, empty, after saving and reloading,Shower is a bit buggy and you have to stand in EXACTLY the right spot to get anything out of it, Same with the faucet and stuff, but all in all really the only issues i ran into, although i would like to see it keep the gate open unless i close when saving and reloading, this is a minor detail,, all in all. fantastic, works great,
