After discovering this amazing, interesting circuit by mantasisg, which graciously does include a wet skin, I thought it was a good idea to provide a RainFx config as an alternate mod to control the water level on the track surface, etc.
As usual, this config requires a paid version of Shaders Lights Patch from Ilja.
