Now the track is on most decisions perfect

Hi,

I´m proud to present you now the final baku update. Now it is a real daytime track and baku has now nearly the same high quality as my other tracks. I have changed some details.
The sky is now the korean sky of my mexico update.
TOD files that are for the weather now spa francoorchamps and korea.

Reworked complete to historic building specularmaps and the specularmap for the bridge. All looks now like buildings on day.
I´ve changed some colours on the background skyscrapers and brushed some skyscrapers new.

This Version has the final ReShade Version of the Physics, Effects, Detail and AI Update

What is changed:

- skymap
- skylight
- two specularmaps of historic buildings
- specularmap of the bridge
- colour changes for fullerton hotel and building
- colour changes and new texture brushing for some background skyscrapers
- new ReShade Version for more Realism now with Technicolor feature
- new tod files
- little changes on basic lighting

Some files are newer as in the last effects update

So have big fun with this gorgeous track.
This is one of my difficultest works I ever do. ;):D:O_o:
