Love it! Just a question as I don't know what I am doing, the brightness is definitely too much for me but I cam seem to adjust the ta exp fix like I could. Am I missing something? Thanks so much

Hmm if it's too bright on all tracks then maybe it's not the filter for you. That setting is just useful for cases where one track is significantly brighter than others and has to be set per track. It should be towards the end of the sol config app

nice one! can you PM me the replay file? some of the external shots look a bit off to me, so this might help me tweak things

I use Reverb G2 and low spec pc. I've managed to limit settings and get great results with NMF. Before I used NMF, I was running SOL. Went back to basics and seemed to get better performance. If I were to try SOL with NMF would this likely impact the performance I'm getting now. Can't afford to push much further.

Sol costs a few more fps than default weatherfx. NMF seems to claw back a few fps regardless of which weather you are using

Been using this for more then a year! It is awesome. Thanks for your work and works great with my G2.

Will the specialized VR filter ever make a comeback?

Cheers! Fyi the _base filter is not recommended for use with sol, but if you like it then fair enough

Still the best pp filter, on my G2 I find the old oculus filter still gives me the best and smoothest experience though.

Beatiful PP Filter. It wasnt working by dragging to CM had to do it manually. Creator helped in the discussion tab. Excellent work

Have a tried quite the number of PPFilters for AC and, for me, this one is a winner.
I just like how everything seems pretty balanced and, yes, "natural".

Like others said, makes it all look very clean, nice color tones.
Inclusively the shadows contrast are quite well balanced.
Very, very good.
Plus, and the cherry on top of the cake, least impact on performance.
Just make sure to have SOL 2.1 (as of this date).

All in all, I'd say this is one to go for if you're looking around for PPfilters to drive in the sim, not for fancy dramatic screenshots.

Merci pour ce filtre excellent , il reproduit une image très proche de la réalité. Je l'utilise avec un minimum de lumière sur l'écran et le rendu et superbe.

G2 Reverb here, this looks soooo much better in VR, awesome!
In the readme file you mention 'Also check Peter's recommended settings for Lighting FX, Brightness and "Cars lit multiplier" in particular. I checked the sol install guide but I could not find these settings mentioned anywhere, could you clarify these please?

Pleased to hear. I was referring to the installation manual linked on the sol download page, but it seems the settings I was referring to have been removed from the instructions. I think the defaults are mostly fine now.
