Updated values.

Some changes were made. File renamed, so there shouldn't be overwriting problems. Adjusted values. Also - all laptime generator values increased to a 1.100 - 1.130, which should prevent from AI suddenly having "great lap" (mathematically generated! )at the end of session. Qualifying sessions should be ridden manually! I mean - player has to be riding on track as much time as possible. Only then AI sets real time lap times. Menu option "LIVE SESSION" actually gives "fake", generated lap times, but they should be 10-12 secs slower, than real ones.
