- Included sectors times to Q1 and Q2 to adjust to the new laps records in simulator

-Corrected Q1 / Q2 times from 0.9.7. Now the Q2 times are adjusted to the same as the Ai laps in the game (Simulator level). Before they were around a second or two faster.

- Tuned up Medium and Hard diffculty a little bit.

Increased general pace on tracks compared to the previous versions. This is most likely the final version (version 1) concerning the ai.
