After the latest MSC update this mod doesn't work anymore as intended. Hopefully the mod gets an update to get it to work again, it helped a lot before the latest MSC update. Rating only regarding the non-working status, when it worked/works, it's 5 star.

What works:
-Steering, On-Foot Horizontal Movement, Looking with left or right joysticks.
-Interact key with A and B button
-Acessing the mod menu with the back or home key.

What doesn't:
-Any keybinds set in the mod menu (FootControls, DrivingControls)

Right now keybinds set through the mod is broken, so you only really have a single control profile, the one provided to you by the game. That said...

You should install this mod if you want to only use a controller for driving and keyboard for on foot.

This is because the vehicle and on foot keybinds are seperate in the original game settings, so you could set your keyboard and controller for each respectively.

This mod also lets you look around whilst in the vehicle with the right joystick, and since the A & B buttons work, you can start up your vehicle the moment you enter driving mode with your keyboard (provided you dont need to lean over for any parking breaks .etc)

Finally able to look around and switch between kmb/controller, without rebinding. Works great with ps4 controller and ds4 windows. Thanks for the mod.

Maybe I'm blind, but I wasn't able to find settings for deadzones. Should I use the in-game settings for them? I helped myself with ds4 winsows and set them up over there.

Is it possible to set the clutch to RT or LT trigger?
I am not good at English so I use translation software.

all good, but can anyone help me fix this issue: on keyboard the button Throttle(W) is working but on controller Holding down Right Trigger nothing happens.

This makes the game so much more enjoyable and fixes all my steering issues. Seriously thank you!

I tried the in game config/ds4 config/joy to key with multiple controllers and several other mods/configs and all of them had the same terrible steering. This mod fixed it instantly just unpack and go. Now I'm off to the rally, thank you!!

Hello. I love the idea of this mod and think that it has great purpose, however I am having a problem where when I load the game/try to walk. My character will start to walk back/left. I don't know if anyone else has had this same problem, but if you could I would greatly appreciate your help.

hey bro, try adjusting your axis deadzone settings. Settings Tab => Axis Tab.

Seems like i need to address this issue. many people have this issue.

just to be clear your controller is drifting right? you can stop the player from moving by moving joysticks yeah?

The idea of this mod is great and I was going to try to make one for myself before I looked it up to see if it exists. but I'm having one problem. I cant open up the gui, I've tried holding every button on my controller and it doesn't work. i am using an Xbox 1 controller. please help

keyboard gui key is HOME.

Works well enough, except for one thing: the triggers do not work for the throttle or brake! Everything else is great, but I straight up can't drive anything!

Using the latest MSCLoader v1.2.6 at the time I'm writing this means you won't be able to remap any of the controls in this mod. The version this mod depends on is very old, and I'm not sure why it has not been updated.

When using the outdated MSCLoader version for this mod then it works almost as advertised and works really well....except the keybindings for the onfoot section gets reset every time the game is closed both in the mod and in the game settings.

It's a decent mod and is almost the perfect controller mod for MSC, but I can't keep ignoring its problems anymore

No problem anymore, it just took full Reset to default, This video helped me i did thru registry editor.

Was super good until new update I can't reinstall it keep giving me an error

Mo'Controls >> Save file does not exist, make any change to a setting to save.
Error: Mo'Control.dll - doesn't looks like a mod, remove this file from mods folder!
Details: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. --> Could not find a part of the path C:ProgramFiles (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\My Summer Car\Mods\Config\Mod Settings\Mo_Controls\Mo_ControlsSaveDate.txt

P.s: I followed every instruction re-installed 5-6 times didnt work

Hi i have now managed to re-create this issue. and its now fixed in v1.1.4! thanks for giving me the info to fix the bug!

good mod except when I try to change the controller dead zone the UI crashes and loads of errors appear in the console. I have tried reinstalling the mod and the same happened.

Terrible mod. in car in always steers to right and if i set deadzone then i cant steer right at all.

Dont get this mod, its ruined my game because now theres permanent controller drift on a keyboard and it doesnt let you select "right stick" for the camera, overall ok mod but ruined my game. 1 STAR.
