GREAT concept but would be even better if the weather could be changed from within the sim

Cool mod, unfortunately overwriting weather1.ini causes stuttering like there 15 fps...strange becasue with 780Ti SLI i've got more than 100fps. I'm using Rivali, cam mod (which is rather settings).
