ok,
this update contains 3 folders : both normal files (replace livery_main) and driver specific livery files (located on updated folder. replace livery_00 and livery_01, you need to rename your livery_main folder)
driver specific livery files in updated v1.1 folder recommended for you who had an issues when driving as Magnussen in T-cam view, the car shows number 22 instead of 20.
you need to install Ultimate Driver Specific Livery from ParkYongLee
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/ultimate-driver-specific-livery.2035/ to make it work.
replace the original file of raceload.jpk with raceload.jpk from Ultimate Driver Specific Livery. then rename the livery_main to livery_main_ or anything else in Steam\SteamApps\common\F1 2013\cars\mc2
don't worry, the normal files (with livery_main replacement) included here (and get update treatment too)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING SPECIFIC LIVERY ON UPDATED v1.1 FOLDER (READ CAREFULLY)
1. grab the Ultimate Driver Specific Livery

2. after you downloaded both files (liveries and UDSL), extract them.
3. copy the raceload.jpk in Ultimate Driver Specific Livery, and replace them. don't forget to backup the original raceload.jpk.
4. in Steam\SteamApps\common\F1 2013\cars\mc2, rename livery_main folder to livery_main_ or anything else
5. go to updated mclaren that you've already extracted, go to updated v1.1 folder, copy the skin that you desire(livery_00 & livery_01).
don't worry, the livery for another car would not be messed up
