Driver caps and livery tweak

Added driver caps (made by @jburon72) and replaced the "@McLarenF1" text with #McLarenDeloitte near the cockpit and added a slight fade to light blue on the shark fin and a slight tweak to the tone of orange.

Australian GP update

This update features an updated version of the livery with the new Chandon engine cover sponsor, a revised Petrobras logo position (unfortunately mirrored now). Also included a new Stoffel Vandoorne helmet (made by me) and a Fernando Alonso helmet (made by @Dimitar Vitanov ) also new driver suits and garagecrews (made by @jburon72 ).

Driver suit and CNBC logo on the car

This update adds the CNBC logo to the car and the suit for the drivers. (Alonso helmet seen in pictures not included, I will add helmets in a later update once Vandoorne's is released)

Also adds an sfc file for the car which makes the blue parts slightly metallic
