fixed bug where the AI did not get different tyre types after pit stop

All LimiterOff-zones have been reworked.

Solved Bug:
  • AI did not get different tyre types after pit stop
    they did the pit but changed from Soft > Soft and finished the race w/o further penalties

New Sidebug:
  • due to space limitations between boxes in Melbourne, going manually back into the garage (not pit stop) while being the 1st driver of a team will bug/stuck the current active camera view for all following sessions

    Either use go to garage via game menu > session options or use a different camera view you usually don't use when returning manually to the garage in training/quali
