Le Mans balloons. Two of them. Created by @Sliderman with minimal input from me. I just sat in a chair and pointed at things.
Made for the recently-updated and improved FM7 conversion of Le Mans* by the mysterious entity 'nobody', but will work equally well on any track. They will look a bit daft if that track isn't Le Mans though.
The balloon models are named oddly because they're direct replacements for the balloons on the 'nobody' sx Le Mans FM7 track. Just plop them into the track folder after renaming the originals (for preservation purposes in case you want to revert back). Rename them appropriately for other tracks to suit the existing balloons/config.
If you're subsequently using this track online and want to remove the new balloons to avoid potential checksum errors then make a backup of the original models.ini first so that you can easily revert.
